Knowledge of the Pearland/Manvel/Alvin area, local school districts, community services and available shopping are my specialty as I am a lifetime resident of Alvin and Manvel and a former teacher in Pasadena and Pearland ISD.  This is my home, and I’ve had the unique perspective of watching this area transform from mostly rural to the most exciting housing market in the Houston area.

On a personal note, I'm a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in music.  I've been married for 24 years to Bruce Marchand and have 2 sons who will both be in college as of August, 2009!  My hobbies are music (naturally!), photography and watching baseball with my husband and sons.  I have been with Keller Williams, Pearland since October, 2005.  It's wonderful to be associated with Brazoria County's largest real estate office and listing powerhouse!
